Order
Yes, you may change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours, provided the request is made before 17:00 (5:00 PM). After this period, the order will be processed and prepared for shipment, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours or before the 5:00 PM cut-off time—at support@furendi.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is processed and shipped.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery via DPD typically takes 5–9 business days.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will either attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification with instructions on how to retrieve your package.
