Welcome to Furendi's return policy! We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information regarding the return and refund process.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
• Please contact our customer service at info@furendi.de within this period to initiate a return.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
• If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we strive to process the refund within 3 business days.
• Please note that our inventory management updates every 10 days, so the total processing time, including the refund, may take up to 13 business days.
• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories.
• The product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Please ensure that the return shipment is securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during the return shipment.
• We recommend inspecting the package within 24 hours of receipt and contacting us immediately in case of any issues.
